Our website can generally be used without providing any personal data. The protection of personal data is of highest priority to us. Therefore we strictly stick to the Data Privacy laws.

If any personal data are collected upon visiting our website, these data will only and exclusively be proceded in accordance with the German Data Privacy basic regulation, Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act, Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG-neu), as well as according to the German Telemedia Act, Telemediengesetzes (TMG). The storage and processing of such personal data take place solely in accordance with this Data Privacy Statement.

By using our website data will be stored as Log Files on the webserver of our host. The collected data will only be used to operate the site and to guarantee the security of our IT infrastructures

The data collection in accordance with Art.6 sec. 1 p. 1 GDPR is: the consent you have given if necessary (lit. a); processing of the information for the performance of a contract or the initiation of the contract (lit.b), if applicable the fulfilment of a legal obligation (lit.b). Insofar as the data collection is based on the legitimate interest of our company (lit. f), this is referred to separately in the context of the individual procedure.

This website uses temporary cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website. These session cookies do not contain any personal data and expire after the session has expired. Techniques that make it possible to understand the user's access behaviour are not used. Cookies cannot access other data on your computer.

Data entered or sent by you via contact forms and/or e-mail is stored so that it can be used to process and respond to your request.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit.b and f GDPR (fulfilment of the contract and legitimate interest in the processing of enquiries and other concerns).
In order to protect the data transmitted via contact forms during transmission, we use SSL encryption methods over HTTPS.
We will delete the data when it is no longer required.

Use of Script Libraries and Google web fonts
In order to display our content graphically in a graphically appealing way, we use script libraries and font libraries such as .B Google Webfonts on this website.

Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible for the operators of corresponding libraries to collect data.

USER RIGHTS
You have the following rights concerning your personal data.
Right to information(Art. 15 Abs. 1 und 2 DSGVO)
On request, you as a user will receive free information about whether and for what purposes we process personal data about you, which categories of personal data we process about you, to whom the data may have been forwarded, how long the data may be stored and what rights you are entitled to.

Right to correction (Art. 16 S. 1 DSGVO)
Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data, you have the right to correct incorrect data. You also have the right to have incomplete records supplemented.

Right to have one‘s data deleted (Art. 17 DSGVO)
You have the right to immediate deletion of the data concerning you:
- if the data have been processed unlawfully or the purpose for which the data was collected has been
  achieved.
- if you have revoked your consent to the data processing and there is no other legal basis for the
  processing.
- if we are subject to a legal obligation to delete the data, if you are under 16 years of age or if you
  have objected to the processing and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing on our site.

Right to restrict distribution and processing (Art. 18 DSGVO)
You may request that we restrict processing in the following cases:
- if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data for the duration of our examination.
- if you have requested deletion and we cannot or may not perform a deletion.
- if you need the data for the assertion of claims, but we would be obliged to delete them because the
  purpose of the processing has been achieved.
- if you have objected to the processing and no final decision has yet been taken.
- In these cases, we will not block the data and will not process it any further.

Right to appeal against processing ( Art. 21 DSGVO)
If the processing of personal data concerning you is based on legitimate interests on our part, you may object for reasons arising from the particular situation of the data subject.

Right of data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO)
You have the right to request data that you yourself have provided under a contract or on the basis of consent and which are processed automatically, as a common machine-readable format.

Right of withdrawal at any time of the permission for data processing, storage and utilisation with effect for the future (Art. 13 DSGVO)
If you have consented to us in the processing of personal data, you can revoke your consent at any time. Please send your revocation to one of the above contact options.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. The complaint may be lodged with any supervisory authority, irrespective of the jurisdiction.

In order to implement changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to adapt this Privacy Policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements. The new data protection declaration will apply to your new visit to our website.
