for ISALXX Attendees at a glance
Following services and amenities including meals, drinks, as well as meeting and networking stations are available to all ISALXX attendees during the symposium days:
All on-site amenities and services for ISALXX attendees listed below are included in the registration fee.
ISALXX Registration Desk (level 01):
Opening Hours:
• Sunday, March 14, 2027: 08:00 – 19:00
• Monday, March 15, 2027: 7:30 – 19:00
• Tuesday, March 16, 2027: 7:30 – 18:30
• Wednesday, March 17, 2027: 7:30 – 14:00
Services:
Staff members will be available for all ISALXX related service questions like
• Organizational and Technical Assistance to Faculty Members
• Organizational and Technical Assistance to ISALXX attendees
• On-site registration and tickets for ISALXX Social Events
• Information about Certificate of Attendance (CoA)
• Information about Continuing Education Certificates (EACCME)
Located on level 01:
A coffee/tea station is located on level 01 close to lecture hall III. Beside coffee and tea and a variety of soft drinks as well as seasonal fruits will be available to all registered attendees at different stations on level 01.
The meet-and-greet area for networking is located close to the main entrance on level 01 (see Meet-and-Greet Area).
Located in the back part on level 02:
An all-inclusive Lunch Buffet including one main dish and one vegan dish as well as side dishes like salad options, seasonal vegetables, is being offered to all registered attendees during the lunch breaks on Monday, March 15, 2027, and on Tuesday, March 16, 2027. The menu changes daily. Menus will be available closer to the symposium.
Located in the poster exhibition area on level 02:
A poster buffet with typical Bavarian food and drinks will be served during the official Poster Viewing Session on Monday, March 17, 2025, between 16:00 and 18:00.
Cloakroom:
The cloakroom is located directly at the entrance area of the back entrance close to the registration desk.
The cloakroom is open from Sunday, March 14 to Wednesday, March 17, 2027, during the official ISALXX opening hours.
Exhibit Hall:
The Exhibit Hall is located on Level 01 and can be reached via the Main Entrance as well as the Back Entrance of the Lecture Hall Building (see Floor Plan 01).
Opening Hours Exhibits:
Sunday, March 14 – Tuesday, March 16, 2027: 9:00 – 17:00
Wednesday, March 17, 2027: 9:00 – 14:00.
Poster Exhibition Area:
The ISALXX poster exhibition is located on level 02.
A poster assistance desk is located here, and service and support are available from Sunday, March 14, 2027: 09:00-16:00 until Tuesday, March 16, 2027: 9:00 – 16:00
Meet-and-Greet Area:
A section of tables for consecutive meetings or discussions is available during the official symposium opening hours close to the main entrance of the lecture hall building in the back part of level 01.
Each table has a number and can be reserved for up to 8 people.
Table reservations are free and can be made either in advance by mail to the organizing office at: info@acute-leukemias.de or on-site at the registration desk between Sunday, March 14, 2027, to Tuesday, March 16, 2027, during the official opening hours.
Prayer/Quiet Room/Chapel
A Prayer/Quiet Room in the LMU Chapel is available on-site for ISALXX attendees on the “Besucherstrasse” close to the ISALXX main entrance on level 01 (see floor plan level 01).
